MINDFULNESS REDUCES STRESS AND CAN EVEN BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques and programs, as well as the practice of Mindfulness Meditation itself, have been shown in several clinical trials to be effective in reducing or stress.
Some studies also yield results that are consistent with a shift in immune profile from oneassociated with depressive symptoms to a more normal profile.
